Introducing the newly tooled Rover P6, Oxford have modelled a piece of history with this Avocado colour version, as it represents the last of the class to come off the production line on thr 19th March, 1977. Apart from the authentically matched colour of the real-life version, it is perfectly detailed, including the original registration plate VVC 700S. It will appeal to the many followers of 1960s nd 1970s classic British cars, both modellers and the 'real thing'. The Rover P6 series was a saloon car produced between 1963 - 1977 at the motor company's Solihull factory in the West Midlands. It was voted European Car of the Year in 1964 - the very first winner of this title. The P6 was the last of the 'P' designated Rover designs to reach production, being marketed first as the Rover 2000 and its components were such that it was considered advanced for its time.
