Ty Hafan (pronounced - T Hafan) is the only children's hospice in Wales. It provides end of life care for those children diagnosed with an illness for which there is no cure - they will die before they reach adulthood. Taff has visited the hospice and was shown around recently. The hospice is a place of love and understanding, of fun hope and friendship. It was opened in 1999 and is funded by public donations and fund raising events.
We have produced the Model A for Ty Hafan and for every model sold through the club we will be donating £1.00 to Ty Hafan.
