Turnbull Hawick
This old brewery dates back to the mid 19th century and they brewed in Scotland to appease the English visitors to Scotland's palate. Naturally, one thinks of whiskey as the only drink to come from north of the border, but Turnbull Hawick enjoyed considerable success with their ale. Whilst being targeted at the English visitors (and we guess Welsh, so as not to leave you out Taff) it had a big following in Scotland too.
Our delightful dray is delightfully liveried with the barrels stamped 'stout' and the logo on the doors says 'London Stout'.
