Bedford CA Milk Float |
|
The Bedford CA is a brand new addition to our range. if you asked anyone
in the early 1960’s what was the most popular light commercial vehicle,
then the answer would have been the CA. Ours is based on the 15 cwt
series which was produced between 1959 and 1969 and we will be releasing
it in a variety of bodyshapes. The first is a milk float, but we have
many more to follow including a Pantechnicon, canopy pick up, van,
minibus and of course an ice cream van. The Bedford CA had a 90 inch wheelbase, quite small by todays standards so they launched a 102 inch version which was designated the CAL, hence the CA became known as the CAS. Lookout also for the Unigate mini van also in this Globe. |
