Naturally, this magazine was centred around the RAF and all its sorties were about pilot exploits - mainly one man fighters like ‘Spitfires’ and ‘Hurricanes’. This was also the most expensive of war time comics priced at 9d, but you could imagine its appeal with the glamour attached to the pilots.
