| Our model is based on the cover of the 1943 issue - January 9th.
By now the war had reduced the pages down to eight from its previous twelve -
and it was only now issued fortnightly. Throughout the 20’s, 30’s and 40’s the
Bruin Boys featured on the front cover - this day they were off to Dr Lions
party! Other favourites were Sing Hi and Sing Lo, Marzipan the Magician and the Brownie Boys. Model CC026..  |
