Could
Piggy and Wiggy actually be Taff and Dusty (The Porker Twins)? They
certainly have a lot of similarities. Over the years they were a
regular favourite and the issue from 1924 is shown here. The earlier
titles was shown as “Bubbles and the Children’s Fairy” - this was
dropped to just Bubbles sometime after 1924. Throughout, the Bounty
Boys appeared on the front and many of the strips stayed the distance
from the first issue in 1921 to the last in 1941.
