The ‘K’ brand was part of Imperial Tobacco who later purchased Churchman’s.

Incidentally, the 10 pack of ‘K’ was the same size as normal 20 packs except it was very thin and contained its cigi’s in one row of 10 only (instead of 2 rows of 10).
