The memories of going to 'Lyons' snack bars just after the Second World War and loading a tray with all the goodies so long starved for and that wonderful aroma of coffee beans cooking and wafting throughout the restaurant - then to drink a cup - nothing tasted better in the whole wide world, After such bad times - Lyons brought back a touch of colour into our nation.
