Four years in preparation the greatest seaborne invasion took place on June 6th 1944. Operation Overlord was the allied invasion of Normandy and it marked the beginning of the end of World War II and the eventual liberation of Europe. To commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the D Day landings Oxford Diecast released a limited edition set of four diecast vehicles remembering forces from the land, sea and air.  The set of four comprises of the following:
