Force whole wheat flakes were released into the UK at the turn of the 20th century. ‘Sunny Jim’ with his distinctive peruke has been part of Force from its infancy. His name is now part of the English Language and was created to show him full of ‘vigour and vim’ because he breakfasted daily on FORCE, as remembered by the rhyme:

High o’er the fence leaps ‘Sunny Jim’

Force is the food that raises him!
