Post Office

A few months ago we were in conversation with a competitor who doubted our ability to produce some of the new models promised. Well here we are our J2’s have arrived and we’ve done it - admittedly we underestimated how much in demand they would be, and so some of you will wait until the middle of March to receive yours, but be assured if you ordered one, then you’ll get one. Just to make you even more excited the Morris versions are also available, we have a BMC and Post Office version.
The Post office is the later variant of the Morris J2 that was used, earlier versions were modified with fibre glass roofs over the rear section - we'll release that variant later. Our JM001 is based on the later version when the ladder was moved to the side to allow easy removal, the rear windows were covered in mesh to prevent 'break ins'.There are a lot of variations to our tooling of the J2 and the side doors are shown here in a layout that was used uniquely by the Post Office. The BMC version JM002 is shown in a livery taken from reference given to us by Ashley Lovering.
