Last year we saw this picture in the Classic Van and Pick Up magazine.
Being curious I sent it off to Rita and asked her what it meant and to
translate it for me, these are shown below. Back in the sixties this
vehicle was liveried up by a UK garage before being shipped to Hong
Kong. By accident Ritas father saw the picture, he was very surprised as
he remembered the shop in Hong Kong which sold electrical items (its no
longer there), but not the van. We were looking fro an appropriate
registration, but decided as a surprise we would use AU 1937. Mr Au is
Ritas father and he celebrates his 70th birthday in September. TAFF
