The West Riding of Yorkshire force covered a wide and varied territory
that ranged from heavily industrialised cities and towns to isolated
rural areas. They used a fleet of vans and large quantities were
purchased - replacing a fleet of 'Noddy Bikes' and the Mini Vans were
very popular, 100’s of them being purchased.
