Today the policing of Heathrow has totally changed from its earlier days, with major concerns over terrorism, drug and people smuggling. Back in the 1960’s the focus was on crime and general security and the black and yellow vehicles were a familiar sight in and around the facilities. MV022 is based on the picture shown which was taken we believe around 1967.
