This book tells the stories of a number of iconic characters. In 1910 Sir George White set up a bus building firm in Bristol and the Bristol Aeroplane Co. Archie Frazer-Nash made sports cars under his own name, having earlier set up GN with H R Godfrey, who later founded HRG. The Aldingtons, who took over Frazer Nash as AFN Ltd, imported BMW cars in the 1930s, and secured BMW designs for Bristol Aeroplane Co in 1945 as the basis for a new car. After a short-lived partnership with Bristol, AFN Ltd returned to making Frazer Nash sports cars. The books cannot be used in the multi-purchasing offers.
