All major credit cards accepted (not American Express or SOLO/ELECTRON). For your convenience all prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling, U.S.Dollars, or Euros.
All cheques should be payable to Oxford Diecast Ltd. Credit Transactions are processed by LCD Enterprises Ltd.
Although we will aim to despatch in 10/14 days please allow 28 days for all deliveries.
All transactions are ultimately charged in £ UK at the time your models are ready for despatch as per charge table below. If you are a member of the Oxford Club you can order online and we will apply any discounts at the time of payment and will advise you accordingly - you must state your membership number at the time of order. Oxford members pay £1 postage for every £10 purchased (overseas £2 for every £10). Certain modles in special presentation boxes are charged separately for postage as they are despatched as individual models - in this case the information will be detailed with the product information.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
All customers have the legal right to cancel their orders. In order
to cancel you must inform us within a period of 7 days starting on the
day after the goods are received by you. In case of cancellation, we
will return the payment to you within 30 days of the cancellation. If
the goods have been despatched to you, prior to cancellation, you
should return the goods to us at your cost. If the goods are not
returned, we will collect them and deduct the direct cost from the
refund. Our policy is to give customer
satisfaction - so if you have any problems please contact us and we
will do whatever we can to help you. Our full contact details can be
found below. The Oxford Diecast Collectors Club is run by
Oxford Diecast Ltd. We reserve the right to cancel a members membership
at any time. If this happens we will refund any balance of membership
fees. Should any member be abusive or threatening to any of our staff
we will immediately cancel their membership |
