The consolidation of the 1960's had created inefficiencies for the latter two companies with the duplication of models across different marques. It created a need to decrease the inefficiencies through restructuring which in turn led to industrial disputes and strikes. The specification comprised a full-size luxury 5-door SUV, with all wheel drive and either a 4-speed automatic or 5-speed manual gearbox. It came with either petrol or diesel fuel option. Production ceased in 2001. It appears in sparkling white with matt black trim, registered OE13 RXG. The interior is entirely matt black and the windows have been given a light grey tint.
