Decorated in RAF blue/grey with black chassis, the interior is matt black. The flatbed trailer planking looks very realistic in light brown while the Scarab cab features the RAF roundel and squadron crest on the front, as well as the Scammell badge and horse logo. The squadron crest is also repeated on the side doors of the cab.

Dimensions and Weights

Packed: 8.6cm x 5.4cm x 4.6cm ( L x W x H )

Unpacked: 5.1cm x 1.5cm x 1.4cm ( L x W x H )

Excludes shipping carton

Scale

1:148 scale means that this is 148 times smaller than the full sized vehicle(s)

For a much more detailed explanation of scale and the history please follow this link.

In a departure from the railway yard, we see the Scammell Scarab Van Trailer in a military environment, where it served very well with each of the armed forces.
