Oxford Diecast 

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products which are made to the highest standards. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, for a refund or replacement. Our guarantee is in addition of your statutory rights.

Please note that we do not pay return postage on unsuitable items.

If the product is not a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

In case of cancellation, we will return the payment to you within 30 days of the cancellation. If the goods have been despatched to you, prior to cancellation, you should return the goods to us at your cost.

Oxford Rail

Our Oxford Rail products that have electrical components hold a 1 year warranty. The item should be purchased direct from Oxford Diecast and order number should be provided. 

We have taken your feedback on board. For all NEW items with electrical components released from 2024, we've extended the warranty from the original one year to an extended three-year coverage.

Please contact us on: customerservice@oxforddiecast.co.uk to discuss any faulty Oxford Rail items, in order for us to arrange the best solution.

If the item is NOT purchased direct from Oxford Diecast. We recommend that you contact your point of purchase for a replacement or refund. If that option is not possible, please contact us to discuss your options. Please provide a receipt where possible.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Repack the item securely using the original packaging supplied.
  2. Contact customerservice@oxforddiecast.co.uk with the reason for return
  3. Enclose the order form that was included in your package for identification purposes
  4. Affix the returns label if provided to the parcel and return it to Oxford Diecast.

 

PLEASE REMEMBER TO ASK THE POST OFFICE FOR PROOF OF POSTAGE AS WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE UNLESS WE RECEIVE THE GOODS OR A PROOF OF POSTAGE RECEIPT SHOULD WE NOT RECEIVE THEM
