We pride ourselves on the quality of our products which are made to the highest standards. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, for a refund or replacement. Our guarantee is in addition of your statutory rights.
Please note that we do not pay return postage on unsuitable items.
If the product is not a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
In case of cancellation, we will return the payment to you within 30 days of the cancellation. If the goods have been despatched to you, prior to cancellation, you should return the goods to us at your cost.

Our Oxford Rail products that have electrical components hold a 1 year warranty. The item should be purchased direct from Oxford Diecast and order number should be provided.
We have taken your feedback on board. For all NEW items with electrical components released from 2024, we've extended the warranty from the original one year to an extended three-year coverage.

If the item is NOT purchased direct from Oxford Diecast. We recommend that you contact your point of purchase for a replacement or refund. If that option is not possible, please contact us to discuss your options. Please provide a receipt where possible.

HOW TO RETURN
- Repack the item securely using the original packaging supplied.
- Contact customerservice@oxforddiecast.co.uk with the reason for return
- Enclose the order form that was included in your package for identification purposes
- Affix the returns label if provided to the parcel and return it to Oxford Diecast.

European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please log in to your customer account and submit a return request within 14 days of delivery. Once your request has been approved, you should return the goods to us without undue delay.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging and suitable for resale.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless otherwise agreed. Any original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
This right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights.
Products marked as "Sale", "Clearance", "Final Sale" or similar promotional wording are excluded from our standard returns and cancellation policy and cannot be returned or cancelled unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
