If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, for a refund or replacement. Our Oxford Rail products that have electrical components hold a 1 year warranty. The item should be purchased direct from Oxford Diecast and order number should be provided.

Please note that we do not pay return postage on unsuitable items.
If the product is not a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
In case of cancellation, we will return the payment to you within 30 days of the cancellation. If the goods have been despatched to you, prior to cancellation, you should return the goods to us at your cost.

HOW TO RETURN
- Repack the item securely using the original packaging supplied.
- Complete the reason for return on your despatch note
- Enclose the form with your returned items
- Affix the returns label provided to the parcel and return it to Oxford Diecast.
