The Aston Martin DB2 MK III makes its appearance as a saloon in a deep red with contrasting grey interior, registered LSB 108. Classed as a sports car and made between 1957 and 1959, its exclusivity was guaranteed with the small production of only 551 cars. Our model sports the new Aston Martin radiator grille and distinctive sloping back. The brilliant exterior chromework sets off the unusual body colour to great effect and final details include the trademark elements of the DB2, including the David Brown Aston Martin wings on the front of the bonnet and the Tickford Coachwork emblem on either side, printed beneath the David Brown Aston Martin badge which is embedded into the Union Flag.

    Oxford Diecast Aston Martin DB2 MKIII

    Slight blemish at rear of model it looked like a casting line that had been painted over however this did not effect the overall high quality of this model, the detail is superb and great value for money in 1/43scale and I am still going to give this model 5 stars.

    Aston Martin Peony Red

    Nice Model. Just as shown in the picture. Now please can I put on my WISH LIST 1:43 Austin 1300 Saloon in Navy Blue. The Austin 1100/1300 remained one of the most popular cars in the 1960's and 1970's. I cannot believe that a decent 1:43 Model is not available!
