The 1959 Plymouth Belvedere, named after the beautiful lake in California, was a full-size car that was offered in a variety of body styles, including a four-door sedan, two-door hardtop, convertible, and station wagon. It was powered by a 318 cubic inch V8 engine as standard, with larger engines available as options. The Belvedere was positioned as a mid-level car in Plymouth's lineup, between the less expensive Savoy and the more luxurious Fury.

It was known for its stylish design and comfortable ride. It also featured a number of innovative features, such as a push-button transmission and a power steering system that was available as an option.

The Belvedere was a popular choice for police departments and taxi companies and it was featured in a number of movies and TV shows, including the James Dean film "Rebel Without a Cause."

The Oxford Diecast Plymouth Belevedere Sedan Yellow Cab is 1:87 Scale and comes on a plinth, with a clear lid and Oxford Automoile wrap. It is perfect more model railway layouts at HO scale.

    1959 Plymouth Belevedere Yellow Cab

    Great Product

    As always great experience with your company Great vehicals for the 50s as i am in to ho sacle trains.Your costs are great also other are 2 times more.I am gald that you can take apart the veh and add people to them.Just a suggestion maybe in the future for a 1950s American fire engine and a aerial ladder truck.Thank you Merry Christmas to all.Terry.

    Another outstanding scale model!

    I am so impressed and pleased with Oxford. The detail, the paint and most of all the price! This particular model is super neat since it depicts a vehicle from one of my favorite movies, "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad World." Please, keep it up. The only complaint is...... you don't build more!!! LOL

    NORTH AMERICAN MODELS I LOVE YOUR NORTH AMERICAN. THE TAXIS ARE EXCELLENT I HAVE ALL THE TAXIS EXCEPT THE BUICK IT DOES NOT FIT AS A TAXI. OXFORD HAS TO MAKE A FOUR DOOR BUICK. MODELS. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK
